What is the delivery time for my order?
When you order from ZENELO, the delivery time may be slightly different from what you are used to. Because our products are shipped directly from our suppliers, we can significantly reduce storage and transportation costs. This allows us to offer our products at very competitive prices.
The average delivery time is 10–12 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
What should I do if I have not received my order yet?
Due to the high demand for our products, it is possible that your order may arrive slightly later than expected. We appreciate your understanding.

Once we receive your request, we will provide you with the return address and confirm the return process. After that, you can send the product back using a courier of your choice.
What are the costs for returning a product?
Unfortunately, return shipping costs are at your own expense. The exact cost depends on the courier you choose. Please check your courier’s website for more information about pricing.
What are the conditions for returning a product?
You always have a 30-day return period. The return period starts on the day you receive the product.
Products can only be returned if:

All labels and tags are still attached
